Training with Jola

WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT OUR TRAINING?

For us, the main goal of training is to adapt exercises to each patient individually, so as not to harm the entire rehabilitation process, but above all to act preventively against the return of injury, discomfort or pain.

Such training can be performed at a specialist gym (e.g. zdrofit) or in our offices, under the supervision of our personal trainer Jola. The entire training plan will always be based on cooperation between physiotherapists and the coaching staff.
